Shared drive organization for the whole team.
If finding a file means remembering who made it, the drive needs a little help. We organize digital records around how your team actually goes looking for them, then show everyone where the new files go.
We clean up shared drives for Denver businesses. Folders, file names, duplicates and who owns each area, in Google Drive, Dropbox or SharePoint. It is for teams who can only find a file by remembering who made it. You get an agreed folder structure, naming rules your team can follow and a named owner for each area.
Sounds familiar?
- “Which final is the actual final?”
- “The folder is in somebody’s personal account.”
- “I can open it, but the person doing the job can’t.”
What we do together
- Map what you have. We find the shared folders, the active work and the people who own each part. We start with one area that matters.
- Agree the structure. Folder names your team can guess, one naming rule and an owner for each area.
- Review before moving. We go through duplicates and stale files with you. Before anything changes, we check sharing, ownership and links with whoever administers the system.
- Try it with the team. We ask someone to find an existing record and file a new one. Wherever they get stuck, we fix the instructions.
What you receive
- An agreed folder structure with the records in scope moved into it
- Naming and archiving rules your team can actually follow
- A named owner for each area and instructions for keeping it in order
Which records, which tasks and who takes it over afterward all get written into your scope before we start.
Keep the tools. Fix the filing.
Start with the folders you already use, whether that is Google Drive, Dropbox or SharePoint. The organizing questions are the same in all of them. Who owns the record? Who needs access? Which copy is current? Account settings and permissions get reviewed in your actual system. Moving to a different platform, or a technical integration, is scoped separately with Innovation Theory.
Who does what
The organizing is Get It Together, Denver, on site. The technical work is Innovation Theory, our technology partner. That covers integrations, software, automation and AI when they are part of the agreed work. Your team approves the decisions and names the people who keep it going.
Packages start at $5,000. Get It Sorted is $5,000 flat. We agree the scope before any work starts. The first step is a free video walk-through. We come to your office after that if it makes sense. A straightforward scope and quote are free too. If the estimate needs staff interviews, a look inside your systems or technical design, we agree a paid discovery fee first.

A few useful answers
Will you delete all our duplicates?
We go through duplicates with you. Two files with similar names can hold different things. Your team approves what gets archived or removed.
Do we have to move to a new platform?
No. A cleanup starts with how your team uses the files it already has. A new platform is a separate decision. You do not need one to start.
What about private employee or financial files?
Keep those limited to the people who need them. We identify those areas with you and bring in your system administrator for any permission changes. A shared structure does not mean every file is open to everyone.
Rather talk it through?
Call (303) 900-8931 or send a text. Tell us what’s piling up. That’s enough to start.
