Paper records organized and digitized.
A scanned pile is still a pile if nobody can find the right page. We sort the records first. Then we scan and index the ones we agreed on and give new paperwork a sensible place to land.
We organize a business’s paper records, then scan and index the ones you agree on, so your team can find a record by customer, job or date. It is for Denver offices with boxes and cabinets nobody can search. You also get simple instructions for filing what comes in next. We are not a per-page scan bureau.
Sounds familiar?
- “The signed copy is in a box. I just don’t know which one.”
- “We scanned everything and still can’t find anything.”
- “Tax time means opening every cabinet again.”
What we do together
- Choose what matters. We agree which records to tackle and how your team needs to look them up. By customer, by job, by date, whatever you actually search by.
- Sort before scanning. Related records get grouped together. Anything that looks like a duplicate, or that we are not sure about, gets flagged for you to decide. We also agree what happens to the originals.
- Scan and index the agreed files. Searchable scans go into a filing structure that makes sense. We check a sample of the records with the people who use them.
- Make the next page easier. We write down how to name and file what comes in next, then walk the team through it.
What you receive
- The agreed records, organized as one digital collection
- Searchable scans, an index and a filing structure by customer or job
- Simple instructions for filing new records
Which records, which tasks and who takes it over afterward all get written into your scope before we start.
Organizing comes before the scanner.
We are not a per-page scan bureau. If your records are already sorted and all you need is copies, a scanning provider can quote that. Our work includes deciding where each record belongs and how the team will find it and keep it up. One more thing. Scanning a document does not decide whether you can throw the original away. That call stays with your business and your advisers.
Who does what
Get It Together, Denver does the organizing, on site. Innovation Theory is our technology partner and takes the technical side, meaning integrations, software, automation and AI, when those are part of the agreed work. Your team approves the decisions and names the people who keep it going.
Packages start at $5,000. Get It Sorted is $5,000 flat. We agree the scope before any work starts. The first step is a free video walk-through. We come to your office after that if it makes sense. A straightforward scope and quote are free too. If the estimate needs staff interviews, a look inside your systems or technical design, we agree a paid discovery fee first.

A few useful answers
Is this bulk document scanning?
No. We organize business records, and the scanning and indexing happen inside the agreed project. We do not advertise per-page scanning prices.
What does indexing mean?
It means tagging each record with something useful, like the customer, the job, the document type and the date, so a person can find it without opening every file.
Can we throw away the paper afterward?
Do not assume a scan replaces the original. Before anything gets tossed, agree what has to be kept with whoever is responsible for your records.
Rather talk it through?
Call (303) 900-8931 or send a text. Tell us what’s piling up. That’s enough to start.
