- Plan with your accountant. Before anyone decides on a setup, we agree what the current system is, which history you need to keep and who checks the move.
- Scope the move. We work through the move from the old system with your accountant, including Sage where that applies. We agree which records come across and what gets checked for your business.
- Connect the daily work. We scope time tracking to jobs, bank and card feeds and receipt capture around the tools your team already uses.
- Train the people using it. Victoria leads the hands-on part with the team. We write down the routine and who handles questions.

We are not accountants or bookkeepers. Your accountant makes the accounting decisions and does the checking. GITD does the practical organizing and helps the team adopt it. Innovation Theory handles technical integrations when they are part of the agreed scope.
Who does what
Get It Together, Denver does the organizing, on site. Innovation Theory is our technology partner. When the agreed work includes software, integrations, automation or AI, that part is theirs. Your team approves the decisions and names the people who keep it going.
Packages start at $5,000. Get It Sorted is $5,000 flat. We agree the scope before any work starts. The first step is a free video walk-through. We come to your office after that if it makes sense. A straightforward scope and quote are free too. If the estimate needs staff interviews, a look inside your systems or technical design, we agree a paid discovery fee first.

That gets scoped with your accountant, including which history comes over and how it will be checked. The source system and your records decide the plan.
Are you our new bookkeeper?
No. This is setup, organizing and getting the team up to speed, alongside your accountant. It is not an offer to be your accountant or bookkeeper.
Will our bank feeds and time tracking work?
We need to check your actual bank accounts, card accounts and time tracking tools before we promise a connection. Tell us what you use and the scope can reflect it.
