An AI assistant with a real person behind it. Innovation Theory builds it and looks after it. The person who owns that work at your company checks what it drafts.
Get It Together, Denver does the organizing, in your office. Innovation Theory, our technology partner, builds the AI and automation. The first step is a free video walk-through. We come to your office after that if it makes sense. Packages start at $5,000. See what each one includes, see an example first project or a first AI assistant.

If you asked us to get in touch, Victoria will reach out the way you picked. If you just wanted the plan, that’s all we’ll send.
Your email app should open with your note ready. Press send there and it’s on its way.
How the check works.
One task at a time
Ready for AI depends on the job. An office with a scary archive room can still try AI on one tidy task. An office with neat files can still be a bad fit for a task full of private records.
The first snag decides
Four lines add up to a score out of 20, but the score doesn’t pick your step. The check goes through your answers in a set order. Does the task come up often enough to bother? Can someone own it? Are the records private? Does the information live in one place? Then the remaining “Not sure” answers, then the half answers, like an owner who isn’t named yet. The first one that would trip you up becomes your next step.
What it can’t tell you
We haven’t seen your files or your systems. This is a starting point built from your own answers. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need us. The check will say so.
AI readiness, straight answers.
What is an AI readiness check?
A quick look at one task and what has to be true before AI could help with it. How often it comes up. Where the information lives. How private it is. Who would check the work.
Is this the same as a full AI readiness assessment?
No. This one is free and runs on your own answers. In a full assessment a person comes and looks at your real records, tools and team, then writes up what to fix first. That’s part of our packages.
Do I need to organize my files before using AI?
Not all of them. Start with the files for one task. If they’re scattered, or live in one person’s head, a tool will miss things. Getting those records and steps in order helps your team either way, AI or no AI.
What happens to my answers?
They stay in this browser, when it allows saving, so you can come back to them. Clear my answers wipes them. Nothing from the check gets sent to us unless you email yourself the plan or ask us to get in touch. Read our privacy page
